Composite Fees

This is a per student charge which includes tuition fees and all compulsory educational excursions. Some additional charges are levied at various year levels. Refer Booklist Charges 2017 for details.

 

*Grounds Levy

This is a levy of $198 per family, which is credited in full to fee accounts if the family is represented at two (2) Working Bees/BBQs during one single academic year.

 

Building Levy

This is a ‘per family’ levy of $996.

 

Outdoor Education

Charge is for a compulsory camp experience at the respective year level and is non-refundable.

 

Alumni Charge

Levy of $30 per student and includes GST.

 

Sibling Discounts

Discounts are offered on concurrent composite fees:
2nd student – 10%
3rd student – 20%
4th student – 50%

 

Fee Assistance

Fee assistance may be available for cases of demonstrated financial hardship. Refer to our website for details.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

  • The re-enrolment deposit will be deducted from the subsequent annual account.
  • College Fee Accounts – annual accounts will be sent early in 2017. Unless other arrangements are made with the College, fees are payable within 30 days. Instalment payments are accepted by Direct Debit, either weekly, fortnightly or monthly from a bank account or a Credit Card. There is no surcharge for Credit Card. EFTPOS facilities are available at the Administration Office for payment of fees. BPay is also accepted. Payment details can be found on your statement.
  • Sibling discounts apply to Composite Fees where the students attend the College concurrently.
  • Instrumental Music is billed separately by semester, and is payable in advance.
  • Students should NOT be enrolled in extra activities (optional excursions and programs) where College fees have not been paid. We request your co-operation in this matter to avoid the necessity of having to withdraw students from such activities.
  • Please note that an early payment discount of $250 per student will be offered for payment in full by Tuesday, 28 February 2017.
