The Catholic Ladies’ College Parents’ Association provides a great service to the College community, by providing the opportunity for families to recycle uniforms that are no longer required and offering a benefit to those looking to reduce the cost of uniforms.


Second Hand Uniforms benefits your family and contributes to the fund raising efforts of the CLC Parent’s Association which ultimately benefits the students of CLC.


Buying Uniforms

The Second Hand Uniform Shop is run by volunteers and opens once a term. The last sale of the year, the End of the Year Sale, opens on the afternoon of the Year 7 Orientation Day.

Shop opening dates are also advertised in the College Newsletter and on the LED sign at car park entrance.

Many of the uniform items are in very good to excellent condition and sell for about half the price of new uniform items. The price list can be accessed via the link Second Hand Uniform Prices.

Payment is by cash, cheque or bank transfer via your banking App. Please note, at the End of Year Sale, EFTPOS, Visa and MasterCard are also available.

Change room facilities are available to try on items prior to purchase. Uniforms cannot be exchanged or refunded.


Selling Uniforms

If you wish to utilise our second hand uniform service, please:

  1. Download the Second Hand Uniform Sales Form and Terms and Conditions of Sale
  2. Complete the Second Hand Uniform Sales Form and read the Terms and conditions of Sale
  3. Label each item with your name and attach the Second Hand Uniform Form.

Note: Uniform items will not be accepted without the completed Second Hand Uniform Form.

Deliver the items to the Second Hand Uniform Shop (during opening hours) or drop the items off at College Administration.


All uniforms sold must meet the College Uniform Policy. The Second Hand Uniform Coordinators reserve the right to assess each item and all decisions made regarding uniform submissions are final.

Second Hand Uniforms will accept items on consignment or by donation. The sale price will be set according to the condition of the item and may be up to 50% of the cost of a new item. Once sold, 70% of the price is returned to the family via their College fee account and a 30% commission is withheld by the CLC Parents’ Association.

Items for sale are accepted all year round and can be dropped off when the Second Hand Uniform Shop is open and during the times listed below:
